Recently I shared with you my morning skin care routine (Link here!) Even more recently I used up all of my evening cleanser and I was in need of a new one! Just like I did for my morning skin care routine. I went onto the Petit Vour website and I picked up this May Lindstrom - The Pendulum Potion that they recommend for combination skin!
As soon as I read the directions on how to use this cleanser! I automatically had to try, because the experience just sounded so refreshing and sooth! Once I actually tried I knew I wanted to share with you!
The way you use this product is first by shaking the bottle and then dispensing 4-6 pumps into palm. Apply to dry skin (avoid the eye area...it stings!) then wet hands and gently massage. Once you've done that, you are to take a wash cloth and wet it with very warm water (not too hot! You don't want to hurt yourself!)
Now comes the most amazing part!!!
Once you've wet the wash cloth you are to bring the wash cloth up to your face and cocoon the cloth around your face! By doing this, the warm wash cloth will act as a steam and will help break down the makeup and dirt on the face! I like to hold the wash cloth over my face for about 30 seconds and then gently sweep upwards! Repeat this a couple of time until your skin is soft and cleansed!
As you can see from the the picture about that they cleanser really leaves my face looking and feeling refreshed! I love how the stem from the warm wash cloth really opens up my pores! Which is perfect because then that will let all of my toners and serums sink into my skin easier!
I also wanted to do this review because I know this isn't a cheap cleanser, but I think it is totally worth it! I don't use this every night. I only use it on special occasions! I truly highly recommend this cleanser just for the experience alone!!
I hope you enjoyed!
Have a wonderful day!
